The UK’s media regulator Ofcom launched a probe into X on Monday after its AI chatbot Grok was used to generate sexualised images of children and deepfakes. Prime Minister Keir Starmer has urged X’s owner Elon Musk “to get a grip” on Grok, describing the images as “disgusting”.
