India’s IT sector thrived for decades by providing skilled labour at lower costs. This model is now challenged by Artificial Intelligence. AI is eroding the advantages of offshore services and complex task execution. India must now focus on innovation to build foundational technologies and secure its future in the global AI landscape. The old strategy is no longer sufficient.
