Every piece with repeating motifs, a bracelet with floral clusters, a necklace with linked filigree, or a pave band required the same foundational work before it could be manufactured: a CAD technician building each decorative element by hand, from scratch, one at a time. The same prong profile, rebuilt. The same connector geometry, modeled again. For complex pieces, this alone consumed days.
